Use case

The real estate CRM where next month’s posts are already written

The usual setup: a CRM for contacts, a scheduler for posts, a design tool for graphics, and — if the budget allows — a VA to glue it together. Four logins, none of which know your market. My Roost CRM's Social Suite lives inside the CRM: it drafts a month of on-brand posts for Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn in your voice, designs the art, and keeps an honest record of what actually went out where. Plainly: it does not post for you yet — publishing to Meta and LinkedIn is blocked on their business verification, so today you tap post and Roost tracks it.

Full app, sample data, no sign-up. Plans $99–$399/agent/mo, 30-day money-back guarantee.

When a dedicated social manager still wins

A good human social-media manager or agency who knows your market can out-produce any software at social alone — original photography, reels on-site at listings, personal presence. If you have that budget and that person, keep them. Roost's Social Suite is for the far more common case: the agent doing it alone, where the honest competition isn't an agency — it's an empty content calendar. Note the plan gate plainly: Social Suite is a Premier and Ultimate feature, not Basic.

Common questions

Which platforms does the Social Suite cover?

Posts are drafted, designed and sized for Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn, with a per-platform checklist that tracks where each one has actually gone out — including networks you post to by hand. To be exact about the part people assume: Roost writes, designs and schedules the post for Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn — you tap post, and Roost tracks that it went out. It does not publish to any network for you yet, and won't pretend it did. Direct posting to Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn is blocked on Meta's and LinkedIn's business (DBA) verification, and rather than fake a success we leave it switched off until that clears.

Will the posts sound like AI wrote them?

That's what the Brain exists to prevent: teach it your market and voice once and drafts come out sounding like you. You approve everything — nothing posts without you.

Which plan do I need?

Social Suite comes with Premier ($229/mo) and Ultimate ($399/mo). Basic ($99/mo) is the follow-up core without the marketing engine. All prices published, 30-day money-back guarantee.

Can I keep my current scheduler?

Sure — nothing breaks if you do. Most agents drop it once the calendar fills itself, but Roost doesn't hold your workflow hostage.
