Roost was built by Steve, working alongside Anita Rich — a California broker and the founder of The Rich Group LA. Her real brokerage is the first workspace running on Roost, and her daily grind shaped every feature you see here: who to call today, the marketing that goes out, the follow-up that doesn’t get dropped.

“Built with working agents, for agents” isn’t a tagline — it’s who tested it first. Roost wasn’t designed in a conference room and handed to a sales team. It was built for one real agent’s real business, feature by feature, and then opened up so other agents and brokerages can run on it too.
