Integrations & Imports

What connects to Roost — and what doesn’t yet

Most CRM sites hide this page behind a sales call. Here’s ours in plain sight: exactly what flows in, what flows out, and — because trust is the product — the short list of things we don’t do yet, stated before you buy instead of discovered after.

Leads in

Every lead source lands the same way: scored, source-tagged, and on your who-to-call list — not in a side inbox.

Zillow, Realtor.com & portal leads

Flow in through your personal lead webhook — a private URL unique to your account. New leads are scored and on your call list the moment they arrive.

Facebook & Instagram Lead Ads

Ad form fills route to the same webhook, tagged to the campaign they came from.

Zapier & everything else

The webhook is Zapier-compatible, which covers effectively any source that can send a lead — open-house apps, your website forms, landing pages.

Roost funnels & websites

Pages we build for you — funnels, custom sites, listing showcases — are wired to your CRM natively. Nothing to configure.

Your database in

Guided, step-by-step import paths — we show you where the export button is in your old CRM.

15+ CRMs

Follow Up Boss, kvCORE/BoldTrail, Chime/Lofty, Wise Agent, Top Producer, KW Command, and more — each with exact export instructions, plus dedupe on the way in.

Google Contacts

Direct import for agents whose database lives in their phone.

Plain CSV

The universal fallback — any system that can export a spreadsheet can move into Roost.

Done-for-you option

Don't want to touch a CSV? We'll do the whole move for you — import, dedupe, tags, lead sources, Brain. See done-for-you onboarding.

Marketing out

Facebook, Instagram & LinkedIn — drafting and scheduling only, today

The Social Suite writes the captions in your voice, designs the art, fills a month of slots, and tracks what has actually gone out. It does NOT post to these three yet: they are blocked on Meta and LinkedIn business (DBA) verification, and Roost refuses the publish rather than pretending it worked. You post from the app, one tap, and mark it done.

X, TikTok & YouTube

Content drafted and sized for these too — you post from their apps.

Auto-posting: nothing, yet

To be exact, because this is the kind of claim that gets exaggerated: Roost writes, designs and schedules the post for Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn — you tap post, and Roost tracks that it went out. It does not publish to any network for you yet, and won't pretend it did. The publishing bridge exists and runs on YOUR own Postiz account, never a shared Roost one — but Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn are the only networks a Roost post can be created for, and all three are blocked on Meta and LinkedIn business (DBA) verification. When that clears, this row changes and we'll say so on this page.

Google Business Profile

Connected during Premier/Ultimate onboarding — reviews and local presence tools live in the SEO & reputation suite.

Email campaigns & digests

Campaigns, drips, and monthly homeowner digests send from Roost itself — no Mailchimp required.

Listings, calls & data

MLS / IDX

Live listings connect on the Ultimate plan (set up during onboarding, market-dependent), and the Custom Website + IDX add-on puts live MLS search on your own site.

Calling & texting

Your own Roost number for calls and texts — built in, no separate phone system to integrate.

Home valuations

The home-value tools and seller funnels are powered by RentCast's AVM — real comps, stated ranges, no black box.

Your data out, anytime

Export contacts to CSV whenever you want. No export fee, no retention hostage-taking. It's your book.

What we don’t have yet — the honest list

  • No two-way sync with other CRMs — imports are one-time moves in, not a live bridge to Follow Up Boss or anyone else. Roost is built to be your system of record, not a sidecar.
  • No public API yet — the lead webhook covers inbound today; a fuller API is on the roadmap.
  • No native Zapier app yet — the webhook is Zapier-compatible (works as a Zapier webhook action today); a listed app is planned.
  • Calendar is Roost's own booking system — clients book straight onto your Roost calendar; we don't yet two-way sync with Google Calendar.

If one of these is a dealbreaker for how you work, we’d rather you know now. Ask us about timing when you request access — roadmap answers, not sales answers.

See it connected, live

The live demo is the full app with sample data — no sign-up, no credit card, no call with anyone.
