You’re always in control. Here’s how to stop any Roost messages — it takes effect right away.

📱 Text messages (SMS)

Reply STOP to any text from Roost to unsubscribe immediately. You’ll get one confirmation and then no further texts. Reply HELP for help. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply.

✉️ Emails

Click the Unsubscribe link at the bottom of any marketing email from Roost — one click removes you from that mailing. Transactional messages (like receipts) may still be sent as required.
